Good communication, fast service on towing our truck.

Derrick responded to the call. His level of care was above average. He called me to get an exact location (even though i pinned my location and sent it to Bill's Towing Service). After changing my tire, he did offer to help divert cars as i tried to merge onto the freeway with high speed oncoming traffic. He was very quick to change flat tire. Altogether it took him abt 15 min.

DB was great! It was over 100 degrees and I was on the side of the highway and the ETA was 70 min and DB got there in 20! Very friendly and saved us!

The guy that changed my tire was fantastic! I have a truck and getting the spare down, from under the truck, is a pain in the keister. We laughed about what a hassle it was and they should make it easier. He was done with the tire change really fast. He was super nice. I would totally call these guys again!
