This was the best service I have ever had! He called prior to arriving to advise his ETA and then got right down to business opening my friend's truck! I was impressed how friendly he was too - a great experience.

Very quick to respond. This guy jumped it first try. We put tow on hold to see if it starts in the morning. I truly appreciate the fast service and both young men were very patient with this old lady!!

I had to get my car shipped from VA to Texas & the company I used couldn’t get on base. I called Bills Towing & Storage & they were able to get to me within 20 mins!!!! Mark was truly a blessing sent from heaven!!!! He even helped the other drivers get my car off the rig. He was extremely knowledgeable & kind! Once he got there all my nerves & anxiety went away! I really appreciate Mark & everything he did for us. Thank you so much you’re truly the best!!!!

Collin at Bill’s Towing in Belton, Texas is great! I came out of an appt. to a dead truck battery. I called AAA and Collin was there in minutes. He was kind, courteous, fast working, and professional! He ended up having to load my truck and take it to the nearest Ford dealership.

I came out of an appt in Belton, TX to my truck that would not start…dead battery! I called AAA, who sent Collin from Bill’s Towing. Collin was great! He was professional, courteous, and fast. He answered all of my questions. He ended up loading the truck and transporting it to the Ford dealership, where I was taken care of. Collin definitely made the experience a good one (despite the $500 bill from the Ford dealership).
