Unfortunately I’ve had to use Bill’s towing twice in the last week for my truck. Good part of it is Bill’s service from dispatch to the tow truck drivers has been excellent! I wouldn’t use anyone else after my positive experience!

I used Bills towing to tow my 2017 Corvette. Derrick arrived in a timely manner, and carefully loaded my car without a scratch. The emergency brake would not disengage which made things worse. Derrick didn’t let that stop him! He even sent me photos to keep me updated. Top notch service!!

Highly recommend this Wrecker Service in the Killeen area. Another company WAS my go to contact saved in my phone.. until a last minute cancelation. Called Bill's a little late in the evening to schedule a 7 a.m. appointment the following morning to help unload some large equipment off a trailer. He answered right away and our driver Ty was early the next morning and had our trailer unloaded very quickly. I have zero complaints with this company and will be using them as much as possible for future business.

We have used this company 2 times already and this is our go to to company. The first time we had to get our truck towed Chris showed up and already started getting the truck hooked up and ready to tow he waited for us to bring the key. The second time Tres helped us and we were worried that the truck wasn't going to fit on the flatbed due to the size of our truck. He told us that he would get it up there. He was very kind and did an amazing job. He took his time getting or truck to our house. We really appreciate them and all of their hard work and plan on using them again in the future.

Called them last night at about midnight in such a panic and “Kevin” answered!! Very polite lady that’s right lady!! One of My cars were being impounded and Kevin got a hold of the driver and had him bring my car home to me instead of taking it to the yard and storage fees adding up. She was so amazing I was just relieved to know that she had so much understanding for my situation and helped me out the best way possible to keep a little bit of cash in my pocket during these trying times. I wanted to tip her so bad to pay the favor forward or drop her some lunch the next day I told her. She was just happy to help me and turned down my gesture asked me instead to give the tip to the driver he deserves it and instead we agreed that I would write a review. This review!!!! An Honest Review!!! Kevin was there and together her and that driver last night did me a solid!!!!! Thank you.

Fast friendly service. This is the first time I needed a towing service in killeen Texas. I am glad I found them on Yelp. Within 10 minutes of the phone call the person was already at my home ready to tow my car. The gentleman was very courteous and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs a tow
